Yes. Every website is built on WordPress which is beginner-friendly. We include a training session so you know how to update your own content. If you prefer we handle it, our maintenance plans cover that.
Yes. Once the final payment is made, the website is fully yours. You own the domain, the files, and all the content. We hand everything over with full admin access.
Yes. If your business grows and you need more pages, new features, or an online store added, we can upgrade your site. Additional pages, e-commerce upgrades, and new functionality are all available as add-ons after the initial build.
We require 50% of the total project fee before work begins. The remaining 50% is due before the site goes live. We do not start any work without a deposit and a signed scope agreement.
It depends on the package. Core Digital Presence takes 7 to 14 days. Business Growth Platform takes 14 to 21 days. Institutional and E-Commerce projects take 21 to 35 days. Timelines assume the client provides content and feedback promptly.
No. Website design packages cover the build only. Hosting, domain registration, and professional email are separate annual plans. We recommend the Infrastructure Bundle which covers all three under one annual fee.
